Two presentation options are available:

• Standard: 12-minute presentation followed by 3 minutes Q&A and handover.
• Lightning: 4-minute presentation with one slide, followed by 2 minutes Q&A and handover.

All presenters are required to submit a one-page abstract in PDF format. Abstracts should follow the templates provided below for LaTeX and MS Word.

The deadline for abstract submission is 28 November 2025.
